On behalf of our esteemed customer, an International Apparel Company based in Ticino, we are looking for the following profile:




Job purpose:


- To provide and support an accurate customer service in terms of order management, shipments and communication with international customers, all the showrooms in the world and all the internal division

- Daily interaction with customers processing their inquiries and request related to Company products

- Check of stock availability and logistics supervision

- To support the Sales Back Office Team (order processing, reorders and deliveries)



The ideal candidate will have the following skills, knowledges and experience:


- Education: At least High School Diploma

- Experience: At least 2 years in a similar role, in international company

- German mothertongue or Fluent knowledge of German

- Excellent knowledge of verbal and written English

- Good computer skills in Ms Office

- Able to communicate and co-operate within and across departments

- Sales Customer oriented, a flexible communicator capable to work under pressure

- Finally: a strong work ethic and sense of commitment
