We are currently seeking a Personal Assistant to one of the most important Luxury Group based in Milan.
You will support the manager and her family in all aspects of this role. You will be proactive and filter any queries which will come her way.
Daily management of personal agenda of the manager and her Family;
Organization of personal travels (holidays);
Management and organization of personal services;
Management personal contacts;
Being the gatekeeper for internal/ external meetings, managing appropriately;
Ad hoc projects as required.
Excellent level of English and Italian (verbal and written)
5-7 years of previous working experiences in Family House Manager role
Excellent communication skills and a natural ability in building relationships across all levels;
Meticulous eye for detail with the ability to prioritize workload and meet deadlines in a fast paced environment;
A sixth sense in organization and time management;
Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Office and Outlook.
