As part of our E-commerce & marketplace department, you will support the end consumer along the on-line purchase process in order to deliver an outstanding customer experience.

Main activities & accountabilities:

  • Management of all direct and indirect requests from consumers via online channels
  • Tracking and monitoring customer requests in order to analyse customer gains, pains, issues and needs
  • Development of tools, processes and guidelines to better answer to consumer request (ex. FAQ)
  • Planning and management of activities to generate consumers insights, supporting Brand Managers
  • Interface with external partners and agencies

Requirements:

  • Degree in Foreign Languages, Communication, Marketing or Economics.
  • 1- 2 years working experience in customer support or consumer facing positions (ex. Front desks, Events, etc.)
  • Fluent in English and Italian, spoken and written
  • A third foreign language is considered a plus
  • Very strong positive attitude, eager to serve and interact with consumers
  • Very good communication and writing skills
