Four Corners is the business line of AHCG, specialized in recruiting high profile professionals in the Fashion, Luxury and Lifestyle markets. On behalf of an important Design Company, we are now looking for a:

 

Key Account Manager Hospitality

 

 

The ideal candidate has 5-8 years sales experience within the hospitality sector, with proven record of sales success and history of sales accomplishments and, also, he/she has built a strong relationship network.

 

The selected candidate will be responsible for:

 

  • Managing existing accounts while identifying client needs for additional products and services.
  • Growing sales of premium hospitality brands to key account clients and developing brand identity as per company and business profile.
  • Researching the market to identify potential target customers, increase the number of clients and sales and more effectively target prospects.
  • Conducting the technical and commercial study of the customer's request (time of manufacture, availability of products, cost, …).
  • Presenting samples, fliers, or catalogs and emphasizing technical features of products and solutions.
  • Coordinating with admin team to investigate and resolve customer issues (follow-up on deliveries and back-ordered items; ensure that customers pay invoices within agreed upon terms).
  • Employing technical knowledge to sell product from the collection and follow as well specials products and bespoke developments to fit the needs of the client.
  • Submitting sales reports in a timely manner.

 

Required Skills & Experience

  • Goal-oriented and driven self-starter who can work independently and within a team environment that strives to be the best.​
  • Capacity to convey ideas effectively and sell a variety of products and services (finished products) Fluency in English; French language is ancillary requirements.
  • Computer literacy including familiarity in handling and maintaining a customer database and skills that include Microsoft Office (specifically Excel), Internet navigation and social apps (Linkedin, Instagram).
  • Ability to travel throughout assigned territory.
