Four Corners, recruiter specialized in search and selection of professionals and managers in the Fashion, Luxury and Lifestyle market, on behalf of an important interior design firm is looking for:


Luxury Channel Sales Representative – Interior Design


Job description:


  • Apply the sales strategy for Luxury channel aligned with Company guidelines
  • Scouting new luxury brands clients, establish prospecting and tour plans
  • Make the presentation or demonstration of the product to the client and advise
  • Develop the commercial proposal and agree with the customer the terms of the sales contract or the quotation
  • Track the order (product availability, delivery time, claims processing, ...) and the client (loyalty operation, satisfaction survey, reminders, ...)
  • Conduct the technical and commercial study of the customer's request (time of manufacture, availability of products, cost, ...)
  • Save the order, check the conditions of realization (delivery times, ...) and inform the customer service and/or the client
  • Projects management : actions and follow up of brands subsidiaries and subcontractors worldwide, follow international projects with dedicate customer service
  • Follow specials, bespoke developments for luxury projects and luxury brands
  • Follow the payment elements of orders (payment, billing, ...) or send to the service concerned (accountant, litigation, ...)
  • Follow the customer and propose solutions in case of malfunctions (delivery, guarantee, payment, ...)
  • Complete activity reporting to Area Manager and Luxury Business Unit manager: weekly reports on visits, monthly reports on market, strategy




  • All sales aspects on Italian luxury brands and international projects with customer service at the company HQ and indirect with local customer service
  • Strong link with product manager on big orders, bespoke and special fabrics
  • Meet goals and KPIs
  • Network to improve the presence and reputation of the brand and company in the luxury channel; visit main European luxury fairs;
  • Stay abreast of competing markets and provide reports on market movement and penetration




  • Interior design/textile specialist with 2/3 years experience
  • Luxury market knowhow and if possible existing relations network
  • Sales/Business and/or Design/Art (with sales aptitude) Education


Fluent English (both written and spoken) is mandatory.
