MARKETING MANAGER - (MULTIBRAND SPORTS)
We are working with an international retail company.
We are looking for a MARKETING MANAGER.
He/She is Responsible for planning, development and implementation of all marketing strategies, marketing communications and public relations activities, both external and internal. Oversees the development and delivery of a fully integrated marketing strategy for the business.
Directs the efforts of the marketing, communications and pr staff and coordinates at the strategic and tactical levels with other function of the Organisation.
- Development and implementation of the Brand strategy, creating an enduring brand message that results in increased sales, brand loyalty and improving market share.
- Carry on the development markets of interest , the behavior of competitors and customers and the ongoing changes or planned in each area of ​​business , in order to achieve and maintain through the necessary actions and commercial product or service, the strategic positioning of the brand
- Visit regularly the chain stores in order to monitor the implementation of the instructions given and to assess progress in achieving the business goals.
- In conjunction with those responsible for sales and merchandising defines annual and seasonal promotional plans
- Is responsible for the definition and elaboration of the strategic Marketing Plan for the brand, act to achieve the business goals
- Is responsible for managing the budget allocated to marketing and communication
(On -line and Off-line )
- Oversees the management of the web marketing : site- social media – digital marketing
- Oversees the approval of marketing materials to be used in campaigns marketing and advertising (Retail & Digital)
- Is responsible for the progression of the development of business in the relevant market
- Is responsible for the creation, development and evolution of the store concept.
- Is responsible for the development and management of the CRM.
- Developing and sustaining, in collaboration with the GM and Buying Director, strong working relationships with all stakeholders.
- Undertake continuous analysis of competitive environment and consumer trends.
- Manages and supervises the team and the Department of Marketing and Communication (On -line and Off-line ) and external agencies.
