Retail Continuous Improvement Project Manager

 

Main Purpose of Job:

The Retail Continuous Improvement Project Manager, reporting directly to Retail Store Planning Manager will be responsible for:

 

  • Managing Retail Concept projects: driving improvement and performance enhancement of the retail concept including operational, safety, ergonomic and merchandising aspects.
  • Updating Concept Guide Books and managing communication with major stakeholders to update and share concept innovation.
  • Contributing in the implementation of the roadmap towards Visual Merchandising excellence.

 

Your responsibilities will be:

  • Manage existing retail concept assessment and improve the implementation leading to cost efficiency in deployment
  • Enhance the safety in the Boutiques and ensure global concept consistency.
  • Ensure alignment of key internal and external stakeholders and markets.
  • Coordinate with agencies and markets, identify and report potential problems to the appropriate stakeholders, propose solutions to avoid delay, communicate status to markets and management.
  • Coordinate with major stakeholders the adaptation of the Concept and ensure a proper and consistent execution (respect of delivery timing and quantity).
  • Evaluate Furniture suppliers’ through prototypes validations and constant follow up of their performances.

 

 

 

Key Experiences

 

  • University Degree or equivalent (engineering/technology with a business administration/commercial background)
  • 5+ years experience in the premium and high volume retail or hospitality sector
  • Project management in an international context
  • Structured and agile project management style
  • Proven track record of technology implementation in a Retail or Customer facing environment
  • Customer and Service oriented
  • Result focused
  • Excellent analytical and presentation skills
  • Team player
  • Entrepreneur mindset
  • Ability to work with cross-functional teams at HQ/Markets levels
  • Travel flexibility (approx. 30% of time)
