We are looking for an international retail company for a Retail Marketing Manager
He/She defines, develops and implemenst yearly marketing plans and initiatives, displays, promotions and events that have impact at the point of sale and foster customer engagement, drive traffic and increase sales.
Last but not least the Retail Marketing Manager further develops the BRAND AMBASSADOR concept, promoting and coordinating the Retail Academy as the staff training for the Retail Stores (sales, products, visual, mkt off-and online).
Main Tasks and Responsabilities
 Continuously develop the Retail Brand Guidelines and the implementation in all the countries (worldwide)
 Define, own and monitor the international Retail Marketing budget as well as the local Retail MKT budget guidelines, coordinating the guidelines with the single ROM’s and Administration Manager
 Define and implement a yearly Retail MKT plan (for all stores and outlets) and monitor the output
 In collaboration with the Assortment Planner define the window highlight concepts and brief the International Visual Manager for the local implementations.
 Develop and implement the seasonal communication tools for every store/outlet, including highlight products (USP of the materials), footwear wall, digital signage system, price templates, etc
 Define, coordinate and control the NL topics and consignments in collaboration with the international Marketing department.
 In collaboration with CSR define the proper instore communication and is responsible for the implementation
 Organize the trainings for the Retail Stores staff (sales, products, visual, mkt off-and online)
 Ensure that every store/outlet assigns the roles which must be present in every store (instore merchandising, facebook)
 Coordinate and drive the mystery shopping tool
 Responsible for the family & friends concept. Special attention to the analysis and to the elaboration and coordination of the fidelity promotions
 Define product promotions, sales and special offer. Brief the Assortment Planner and elaborate the tools (on&offline) to support the initiatives.
 Analyze and define proper direction and tools for the off- and online connections together with the International MKT department.
 Define and drive the continuously develop the customer experience concept in our stores/outlet
 Experience in Marketing and Retail
 Leadership experience, teamwork and sales attitude
 Mother language: Italian mother language, good level of English,
