We are looking for a role of Retail Outlet Manager Europe/Italy for one of the most important fashion premium brand

The Role:

-To apply the company guidelines and monitor management indicators in order to achieve commercial targets and to increase sales in all the stores;

-Analysing sales, KPI’s indicators and rental performances to ensure our outlet stores are maximizing all sales opportunities;

-To work proactively on planning peak trading events and opportunities;

-To ensure appropriate recruitment and training monitoring staff rotation;

-To negotiate the head of terms for new opening and revising of the leasing contract with the existing one according with our lawyers;

-To supervise and organize store openings/closures in all process and coordinating all departments involved in;

-To close working relationship with our marketing colleagues to create retail/marketing plan;

-To work with Visual Merchandising and monitoring the display of the stores, to create a visual experience and to ensure the implementation and execution of all visual merchandising directives;

-To check and communicate with the buying. the suitability of the collection in order to adapt the local pricing/product strategies;

-To cooperate in association with our store planning team to ensure the correct shop fitting layout, and all full and mid term refits are completed to highest standard;

-To track project budget on yearly/monthly basis and maintain precise status of spending;

-To actively identify needs of sales team, customers and consumers, while managing and communication potential implications of decisions on each group;

-To maintain awareness of market trends in retail industry, understanding forthcoming customer initiatives and monitoring the status of local competitors;

-To review performance data against project plan, summarize and comment regarding program effectiveness;

-To meet customer needs and develop more tailored promotional offers and strategic alliances using the CRM;

-To train, motivate, evaluate and manage retail staff to ensure that employees receive adequate knowledge, guidance and resources to accomplish established objectives;

Other responsibilities include:

-To run of Excel reports and distributing to the Outlet Management;

-To support the team with analysis; - Further enrich catalogue of analysis by making improvements to existing reports and creating new reports;

-General team administration and documenting of team procedures;


The Candidate:

-Fluent in Italian (Written & spoken) is essential -Fluent in English (Written & spoken) is essential

-Ability to travel at short notice

-Business and sales acumen as well as a strong statistical and analytical background

-Ability to communicate effectively with different stakeholders and all levels of employees

-Proven and solid Excel skills & exposure

-Must be a highly motivated self-started individual able to work with minimal supervision
