On behalf of our esteemed Customer, a multinational Company leader in the Luxury field, we are recruiting the following profile to join the team in Luzern:






Duties and responsibilities:


  • Coordinate staff
  • Manage the recruitment and training of store team members
  • Ensure cash register transactions are processed accurately
  • Ensure all established Visual Merchandising standards are executed in the store
  • Manage stock planning and merchandise deliveries
  • KPI analysis and report of sales
  • Provide a professional and excellent level of customer service with existing and new customers
  • Generate sales opportunities by identifying appropriate business targets
  • Improve Client loyalty
  • Be responsible for the commercial success of the brand
  • Be a Brand Ambassador
  • Ensure the legal and financial integrity of the store
  • Supervise all store procedures are respected by the team members
  • Share to the team members the best practices present in all stores



The ideal candidate will have the following skills, knowledges and experience:


  • Qualified degree
  • Strong experience as Store Manager in Luxury/Retail field, at least 5/10 years
  • German native
  • Fluent in English
  • Any other language will be considered a plus
  • Analitical skills: with experience in KPI, capable to provide sales analyses and reports
  • Good IT knowledge of MS Office (Excel)
  • Excellent standing
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, energetic
