Four Corners is a recruiter specialised in search and selection of professionals and managers in the Fashion, Luxury and Lifestyle market. On behalf of a Luxury Interior Design Brand, we are looking for a:

 

 

 

Showroom Manager – Interior Design

 

 

Reporting to the Commercial Director, the Showroom Manager will ensure the best reception for all visitors (customers, individuals, press, etc.).He/She will be the ambassador of the Brand image and the instigator of a reflection on the "active and commercial role of the show room".Will also work on the "Direct Agency" sector, that corresponds to the turnover generated by customers attached to the Showroom and who do not receive any representative visit.

 

 

 

Main Responsibilities:

 

 

  • Management of the Showroom: organization, storage, small stewardship, contact with suppliers, with outside companies (painter, carpenter, etc.);
  • Management of the Showroom staff: Showroom Assistant and Sales Support;
  • Successful operation of the Brand Milan Showroom in terms of sales, service, profitability and operational effectiveness;
  • Preparation of existing samples for clients or representatives (any type);
  • Image of the Brand in the Showroom. Being aware to act as ambassador into the national and international design community;
  • Achievement of the sale target fixed for the Showroom in line with the Brand strategy and target (volume and profitability);
  • Responsible for people management and training on: new and existing products, designs, and company sales initiatives;
  • Responsible for all the operational services needed for the Showroom to meet the required standards defined by the Brand Creative Team.
  • Acquire, develop and manage customer base (including new channel), in line with development plan and strategies defined by the Sales Director.
  • Work out the necessary reporting to manage properly all the information linked with the entire sales process and the relationship with the Headquarter.

 

 

 

Requirements:

  • Associate Degree in Interior Design or similar is required, the Bachelor is considered a plus;
  • 7+ years of sales and management experience (interior design industry and/or luxury retail sales is ideal);
  • Knowledge of the luxury market and architectural & arts world and  a good knowledge of textiles for interiors;
  • Optimistic and positive attitude;
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Team player, proactive, problem-solver, avant-garde thinker with great attention to details;
  • Proficient in using MS Office;
  • Professional proficiency in both English and Italian.
